第1稿（草案）

[Hook]:
Three months into my new role at Tokai Tokyo Securities' Global
Markets Division, I noticed something other senior colleagues had
accepted as fixed: structured-note sales were stagnating despite
strong product fundamentals.

[Situation + Task]:
The conventional view blamed market conditions. But interviews I
conducted with 47 sales representatives across 12 branches told
a different story—they didn't fully understand the products they
were selling. Marketing materials were dense with theory, light
on practical scenarios, and silent on how to identify suitable
clients.

[Action]:
I proposed and led a three-month redesign. I rebuilt marketing
materials around real client cases. I designed a four-week training
curriculum with live role-plays. I negotiated with our Compliance
team to certify a streamlined client-suitability framework. I
delivered training sessions personally to 240 representatives.

[Result]:
Within six months, structured-note sales rose 38%. Client retention
improved. Most importantly, the redesigned suitability framework
prevented several misaligned sales that the old process would have
allowed.
