felt like an extension of the kinds of dialogues I will encounter
at HBS—specific, probing, and grounded in real situations.

[Reflection]:
The question about how I made the decision to leave Tokai Tokyo
Securities pushed me to articulate something I had previously felt
more than reasoned. I shared the structured-product moment that
crystallized my thinking, but in retrospect I would have liked
to also mention a quieter realization: that the most important
decisions in my life have all been about choosing to do what scared
me when the alternative was a comfortable plateau.

[Supplement]:
One thing the conversation didn't fully reach was the dimension of
my work most relevant to HBS Case Method discussions: the daily
trade-offs I navigate between mechanical engineers, marketing
operators, and platform engineers at MonotaRO. Each group thinks
in a different "language," and a meaningful business decision
typically requires me to translate between these languages while
honoring the substance of each.

[Closing]:
I hope this letter conveys why I see HBS as the right environment
to develop the next layer of judgment I will need.
