今日は日曜日。弱点補強（Review）の日です。直近の Writing Task 2 Discussion Essay で日本人学習者が特に苦手とする 3つの課題 を集中的に練習します。
1. CC（Coherence & Cohesion） — 接続語の選択と使い方（穴埋め問題）
2. 文法・語彙ミスの修正 — 日本人が繰り返す典型エラー（Error Correction）
3. TR（Task Response） — 両立場を公平かつ明確に提示する練習（Mini Essay）
最大の落とし穴は「両立場を提示しながら自分の意見を明確に述べる」という二重要求です。
よくある3つの失敗:
• 両立場を「並べるだけ」で自分の意見がない → Conclusion で
I believe that… で締める• Body 2 の反論が弱い →
However, this argument overlooks… パターンを使う• 接続詞が Also / But だけ → 用途別リストを暗記・活用する

Part 1: 接続語穴埋め（Cohesion 強化）

Introduction:
"In an era of rapid urbanisation, cities must decide how to allocate limited land. 1___________ some residents campaign for preserving parks and gardens, others insist that economic development and housing take priority. This essay will examine both perspectives before concluding that a balanced policy is the most prudent approach."
Body 1（緑地保存派）:
"Those who support urban green spaces argue that parks provide measurable health benefits. Research has shown that proximity to green areas reduces stress-related illnesses. 2___________, trees and vegetation mitigate the urban heat island effect and absorb carbon dioxide, making cities more resilient to climate change."
Body 2（経済開発派 + 反論）:

ポイント: (3) では On the contrary ではなく On the other hand が正解。On the contrary は「上記が完全に誤り」と言う場合にのみ使う。(4) は However, this argument overlooks というフレーズ全体が1セットで機能する。

Part 2: Error Correction（日本人の典型ミスを修正）
