Daniel: Hi, yes. I'm calling because I'd like to use your collection service — I've got quite a lot of old electronics and some furniture I need to get rid of.

Claire: Of course! I can register you for our large-item collection. Could I start with your full name, please?

Daniel: Sure, it's Daniel Hargreaves. That's H-A-R-G-R-E-A-V-E-S.

Claire: Thank you, Mr Hargreaves. And your address?

Daniel: It's 14 Clover Road. Oh wait, sorry — it's actually 16 Clover Road, Westbridge.

Claire: Perfect. Could I take a contact phone number?

Claire: For the sofa, there's an additional charge — it's £15 per sofa. All electronic items are collected free of charge.

Daniel: That's fine. How do I pay?

Claire: You can pay online via our website, or by cash on the collection day. We don't accept credit cards at the door, I'm afraid.

Daniel: I'll pay online then. When's the earliest available date?

Claire: We have a slot on Thursday the 18th of June, starting from 9 a.m. We ask residents to have items outside by 8:45 a.m.

Daniel: That works. Is there anything I need to prepare?

Claire: Yes, for the laptops especially, please make sure all personal data has been deleted before collection. We recommend using a factory reset. Also, the microwave must have its power cable securely attached — loose cables can be a safety issue.
