- If it were up to me / Personally, I think...(個人的意見の前置き)
- Noted / Fair enough(意見を保留・却下する応答)
- Let's... / Agreed / That aligns with...(決定・合意の合図)
「if it were up to me」「personally, I think」で語られる。 2: Oliver
2: Naomi
2: Grace+Marcus
(I'll take care of that 等)は「決定」役の中でも特に手を動かす人物。

| Venue | Max Capacity | Cost per Person |
|---|---|---|

Conversation 1
Amara
We need to pick a venue for next month's company retreat. HR sent over three options — I think everyone's leaning toward Cedar Lodge because it's close to the office.
Diego
Actually, if it were up to me, I'd choose Bayview Resort.Q1 The ocean view would really boost morale, and my team keeps mentioning it.
Priya
I hear you, Diego, but Bayview is almost 40 percent over what finance approved for this quarter. We can't go over budget just for the view.
Diego
Fair enough — I guess Cedar Lodge would work fine too. It was just a suggestion.
Amara
Let's also check headcount — we just added six new hires, so we'll need a venue that can seat at least 45 people comfortably.
Leo
I just pulled up the comparison sheet. Based on the updated headcount and the budget cap, there's really only one venue that fits both.Q2
Priya
Makes sense — let's lock that one in, then.
Leo
I'll call the venue this afternoon and confirm the reservation for the retreat dates.Q3
Whose suggestion was a personal opinion that was NOT adopted by the group?
(B) Diego's suggestion about Bayview Resort
Diegoは「if it were up to me, I'd choose Bayview Resort」と個人的意見の前置きを使って提案したが、Priyaの予算超過の指摘を受けて自ら「Fair enough」と引き下がっている。

Look at the graphic. Which venue will the group most likely choose?
(C) Riverside Hall
Cedar Lodge(40名、$85)は人数不足。Bayview Resort(60名、$140)は予算超過。
✗ (A): Cedar Lodge
✗ (B): Bayview Resort
✗ (D): Oakwood Center
✗ (A): Cedar Lodge
✗ (B): Bayview Resort
✗ (D): Oakwood Center

Leo自身の発言「I'll call the venue this afternoon and confirm the reservation for the retreat dates」が直接の根拠。

Conversation 2
Grace
Let's go over the Q3 marketing budget before the meeting ends. Social media spend was up 15 percent last quarter, but conversions were basically flat.
Oliver
Personally, I still think we should double down on social ads.Q4 I feel like it just needs a bit more time to build momentum.
Naomi
The numbers don't really support that, Oliver. Cost per lead through social was almost twice what we're seeing from the print catalog campaign.
Oliver
That's fair — I just wanted to put it out there in case we wanted to try one more push before scaling back.
Grace
Noted — we can revisit it if the print catalog numbers change. For now, let's shift 20 percent of the social budget over to the print catalog for Q4.Q5
Marcus
Agreed. That aligns with what leadership wants to see this quarter anyway.
Grace
Great. Someone will need to update the budget spreadsheet with the new allocation before Friday's finance review.
Marcus
I'll take care of that — I already have the file open.Q6
What does Oliver suggest, and how does the group respond?
(B) He suggests continuing to invest in social ads, and the group notes it but does not adopt it now
Oliverは「I still think we should double down on social ads」と意見を述べるが、Naomiのコストデータによる反証を受け、Graceも「Noted — we can revisit it if the print catalog numbers change」と述べるにとどまり、今回は採用されない。
What did the group agree to do with the Q4 marketing budget?
(C) Shift a portion of the social media budget to the print catalog
Graceの発言「let's shift 20 percent of the social budget over to the print catalog for Q4」とMarcusの同意「Agreed」が根拠。

Who will update the budget spreadsheet before Friday's finance review?
(D) Marcus
Marcus自身の発言「I'll take care of that — I already have the file open」が直接の根拠。

|---|---|---|
| 個人的意見と決定事項の切り分け | Q1, Q4 | 「if it were up to me」「personally, I think」等の前置きがある発言は採用されたとは限らない |
