以下の社内メモを読んで、設問 Q1〜Q4 に答えなさい。下線の語に注目してください。
Starting October 1, the company is revising its hybrid work policy. Under the current policy, employees must be in the office at least four days per week, with remote work permitted only on Fridays. Beginning next month, employees will no longer be required to follow a fixed in-office schedule. Instead, each team will set its own minimum in-office attendance, provided it is no fewer than two days per week, and team leads must submit their team's proposed schedule to Human Resources no later than September 22 for approval.
To support employees who will be working remotely more often, the company will offer a one-time stipend of up to $200 toward home office equipment, such as monitors or ergonomic chairs. Employees must submit receipts to Human Resources by November 15 to be reimbursed; requests submitted after this date will not be honored.
Please note that this policy applies only to the Marketing and Product divisions at this time. The Finance and Legal divisions will continue to operate under the current four-day in-office requirement while a separate review is conducted for those teams. Team leads with questions about scheduling approval should contact Human Resources directly rather than replying to this memo.
