Early Renewal Discount: Customers who submit a renewal confirmation before October 10 receive a 15% discount on the total renewal price, regardless of room count.
Room Count Changes: If you wish to increase or decrease the number of covered rooms at renewal, the discount still applies to the confirmation date, provided that the room count change request is submitted no later than October 20. Room count changes submitted after October 20 will be processed at the standard (non-discounted) per-room rate for the additional rooms only; rooms already covered under the discounted renewal are not affected.
Coverage Reduction Restriction: Reducing your covered room count below 5 rooms will move your account out of the Premium tier and into the Basic tier, which does not include 24-hour on-site support.

Thank you for the reminder. We would like to confirm our renewal today and lock in the discount. As part of our new west wing expansion, we would also like to increase our covered room count from 8 to 12. We expect to finalize the exact room list by early November, once the construction inspection is complete, and will send you the final list at that time.
Separately, please note that during the west wing renovation (mid-October through mid-November), three of our currently covered rooms will be temporarily taken offline, which could bring our actively used room count below 5 for a few weeks. Please let us know whether this timeline for finalizing the room list is acceptable, and whether the temporary drop in room count during renovation would affect our on-site support tier in any way.
