① TR(Task Response)セルフチェック — 3つの質問法
② CC(Coherence & Cohesion)セルフチェック — 3つのテスト
③ LR(Lexical Resource)セルフチェック — 反復監査法
④ GRA(Grammatical Range & Accuracy)セルフチェック — エラー密度法

Introduction
Whether technology has been a net positive or negative force in people's daily lives is a matter of considerable debate. While there is some truth in both claims, I would argue that the outcome depends less on the technology itself than on how deliberately people manage its use.
Body 1 — Technology Made Life Easier
Proponents of the "easier life" view point out that automation and digital tools have genuinely streamlined many everyday tasks. Household chores that once consumed hours, such as laundry and cleaning, are now largely automated, while remote work tools have eliminated lengthy commutes for millions of employees. A 2019 study of UK office workers, for instance, found that those working remotely gained an average of ninety minutes of free time per day previously spent commuting. This suggests that, at least in terms of raw hours, technology has delivered on its promise of convenience.
Body 2 — Technology Made Life Busier + Opinion
This is not to say that the "busier" argument is entirely wrong, but it overlooks a crucial distinction between time saved and time reclaimed. The always-on culture fostered by smartphones means that many of the hours saved on commuting are simply reallocated to answering work emails after dinner or responding to notifications during family time. For this reason, I would argue that the net effect of technology on stress levels is not fixed but conditional: individuals who impose clear digital boundaries, such as switching off notifications after a set hour, tend to experience the promised gains in free time, whereas those without such discipline often find the saved hours quietly reabsorbed into work.
Conclusion
In conclusion, although technology has undeniably created objective time savings, whether this translates into a genuinely easier and less stressful life depends primarily on individuals' ability to manage the boundaries between work and rest.
「to what extent do you agree」に対して「部分同意+条件付き」という明確で一貫した立場を示し、Introduction・Body 2・Conclusionの3箇所で呼応させている。
Body 1の「2019年の英国の調査」という具体例がTR 7.0の「ideas are well extended and supported」に対応する。
Body 1末尾「technology has delivered on its promise of convenience」→ Body 2冒頭「This is not to say... but it overlooks」で反論を自然に導入し、接続詞(However等)に頼らず橋渡ししている。
"technology" を繰り返さず、"automation and digital tools" → "remote work tools" → "digital boundaries" と言い換えている。
- 分詞構文: "such as switching off notifications after a set hour"
- 対比構文: "whereas those without such discipline often find..."
- 名詞化による言い換え: "time saved" → "time reclaimed"
Nowadays technology have changed our life very much. Some people think technology make life easier. Other people think technology make people more busy. I think both of this is true a little bit.
Technology is very useful. For example, we can use computer to do many things quickly. Before, people need to write letter and wait long time. Now we can send email in one second. Technology also help people work from home, so they don't need to go to office every day. This save a lot of time for people.
But technology also make people busy. Because phone always ring and people must check email even at night. This is big problem for many workers today. People cannot relax because technology is everywhere. So technology give time but also take time, it is complicated.
In conclusion, technology is good and bad. I think it depend on how people use it. If people use technology carefully, life can be easier.

| Band Descriptor
